Although I'm originally from Ecuador, Baja has truly become my home. I've always been passionate about exploration and discovery, which led me to establish two successful adventure travel companies—one in the heart of Mexico and the other in Southern Patagonia's picturesque landscapes. I've found this same spirit of adventure to be integral to my work in real estate. It's not just about buying or selling a property; it's about discovering new opportunities, exploring possibilities, and embracing the adventure of new beginnings.
When I'm not assisting clients or managing real estate transactions, I'm often overseeing operations at a local guest house here in Todos Santos. This dual role has afforded me a unique understanding of the real estate market in our area. Not only do I see the market through the eyes of a broker, but I also understand it from the perspective of a property manager and homeowner.
